Developed over two years, keeping in mind the Indian manager and key competencies required to be developed in the new world of work, our signature program is industry customisable. The design takes into account the skill and practice aspects of development and enables middle managers to move up into the leadership domain. The program has been run across industries for over 250 managers. The 8 day program (broken into modules) is run by practitioners and uses real life situations and 1-1 feedback and coaching to provide deep personal insights and help create and navigate a meaningful development path for participants.
